Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation rules for online Hatchback,Sedan and SUV Booking :

  • All the cancellation requests should be done via a phone call to +917499327876 / +919823370597 or through email at booking@ RoyalHolidays (I)
  • In case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours or more before the pickup time, 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded
  • In case the booking is cancelled within 24-12 hour before pick up time, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted as penality.
  • In case the booking is cancelled within 12-6 hour before pick up time, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as penality.
  • In case the booking is cancelled within 6 hour before pick up time, 100% of the booking amount will be deducted as penality.
  • In case the cancellation is done from the end due to RoyalHolidays(I) voidable reasons, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Terms and Conditions

    • Fare will be always with point to point
    • Minimum KM for out station will be 60 KM for point to point
    • There won't be any multi point pickup and drops, as this violates other state aggregation norms
    • There won't be any return opportunity assured unless we have our presence in that other state
    • Out station will not attract any driver bata over for day or night charges KM rate designed is considering the additional cost for driver bata, permit and taxes for neighbouring state
    • Convenience fee will be 12% of the fleet charges or INR 200 whichever is minimum
    • Convenience will be charged directly to passengers in addition to fleet charges
    • GST will be 5% on overall fees, TDS 1% will be deducted from taxi owners share
    • Any out station duty will have compulsory pick up location from the Goa state and drop in any other state, not vice versa unless we have tie-up with other state
    • Package or City Ride duty will not be transferred or converted to outstation or vice a versa
    • Travel min will be charged at 1.5 INR per Min
    • Any additional travel or waiting time within a slot of 30 mins will be round up to the nearest hour
    • Additional travel or waiting time will be charged at INR 150 in Day time [ within 6:00 AM to 20:00 PM ] and at INR 200 in night time [ within 20:00 hrs till morning 06:00 hrs ]
    • Any balance / cash payment not paid digitally shall be collected by the driver
    • All Toll or Parking expenses will be additional and shall be paid by passenger and collected by driver as and when required
